The 35 kV oil-immersed transformer uses a cold-rolled silicon-steel core, fully mitered joints, a guided oil path, and machined sealing areas. Its no-load loss is 35% lower than the value specified in GB/T 6451. The oil-immersed transformer should be reviewed together with the stated application and order requirements.

The fully mitered core structure reduces gaps at the joints between the laminations. Plate-type clamping components secure the core assembly and help maintain its mechanical position. The cold-rolled silicon-steel laminations provide the magnetic path required for voltage conversion. The oil-immersed transformer can be specified according to the project requirements.

A guided oil path directs transformer oil through the active assembly and toward the cooling surfaces. This arrangement improves heat transfer around the windings and helps control operating temperature under load.

The sealing areas are formed through mechanical processing. Defined contact surfaces allow the sealing components to remain correctly positioned around covers and connection points. This structure helps reduce the risk of oil leakage during service. Selection of the oil-immersed transformer should reflect the operating conditions and installation plan.

Routine inspection should cover temperature, oil level, bushings, external connections, grounding, operating sound, and visible leakage. Any abnormal change should be investigated before continued operation.
