Product Description
The SH21 Amorphous Alloy Transformer features an oil-immersed, hermetically sealed design. It boasts a compact structure and sophisticated manufacturing craftsmanship, operating on principles consistent with conventional sealed transformers. Its core advantage lies in its amorphous alloy material-composed of elements such as iron, nickel, cobalt, silicon, and boron-which is characterized by low magnetization power, an ultra-thin structure, and high stress sensitivity. These attributes significantly reduce no-load losses; over the long term, the resulting electricity cost savings are substantial, while operation remains stable and maintenance is hassle-free.

Factory Testing
Prior to leaving the factory, the SH21 Amorphous Alloy Transformer undergoes a series of rigorous tests to ensure that its performance meets design standards and relevant specifications. The following are the primary factory test items:
1. Winding Resistance Measurement
Measures the DC resistance of the high-voltage and low-voltage windings to verify the reliability of winding connections and to check for any broken strands or poor contacts.
2. Voltage Ratio Test
Verifies that the voltage ratio at each tap position of the transformer complies with design requirements, ensuring accurate output voltage.
3. Vector Group Verification
Confirms that the connection method of the three-phase windings aligns with the design drawings, guaranteeing phase matching during grid connection or parallel operation.
4. No-Load Loss and No-Load Current Test
Measures no-load loss and no-load current at rated voltage and frequency to verify that the energy-saving performance of the amorphous alloy core meets the required standards. This is one of the most critical test items for amorphous alloy transformers.

5. Load Loss and Impedance Voltage Test
Measures load loss and impedance voltage at rated current to verify that the winding loss levels and system impedance align with the design values.
6. Applied Voltage Withstand Test
Applies high voltage to the transformer's main insulation for a duration of one minute to verify the reliability of the insulation system and to check for any breakdown or flashover.
7. Induced Voltage Withstand Test
Evaluates the dielectric strength of the winding's longitudinal insulation (inter-layer and inter-turn insulation) using a double-frequency, double-voltage method.
8. Partial Discharge Measurement
Measures the level of partial discharge following the induced voltage withstand test to ensure that there are no significant discharge defects within the insulation system.
9. Oil Sample Analysis
Insulating oil samples are collected for analysis-including breakdown voltage and micro-moisture content-to ensure that the oil quality meets applicable standards.
10. Sealing Integrity Inspection
Positive pressure is applied to the oil tank to inspect welds and sealing components for any leaks, thereby ensuring the reliability of the fully sealed structure.
11. Visual and Dimensional Inspection
The nameplate parameters, wiring terminals, exterior paint finish, and overall dimensions are inspected to verify their consistency with the engineering drawings.
