A power transformer order should start with real project data. Voltage, capacity, frequency, impedance, tapping range, cooling method, and installation place all affect the final model. The buyer should also check whether the transformer will sit indoors, outdoors, near heavy motors, or inside a solar or industrial project. These details change the winding design, accessory list, protection plan, and even the package size.
Before production, it is useful to confirm drawings, nameplate data, factory tests, and delivery photos. This sounds like small work, but it helps avoid wrong accessories and slow site installation later. For larger units, transport route, crane point, oil handling, and service space also need to be discussed early. A transformer is hard to move after arrival, so these checks are worth doing before the order is locked. Clear notes at this stage also help the factory prepare packing and loading in a cleaner way.
