The SH15 Amorphous Alloy Transformer features an oil-immersed, hermetically sealed design, operating on the same principles as standard sealed power transformers. Its core distinction lies in the amorphous alloy core material-composed of elements such as iron, nickel, cobalt, silicon, and boron-which constitutes an isotropic soft magnetic material. This material is characterized by low coercivity, an extremely thin gauge (measuring only 0.027 mm), and exceptionally high resistivity-ranging from three to six times that of silicon steel sheets. The product delivers higher operational efficiency than traditional transformers, making it ideally suited for a wide range of power distribution applications, including industrial parks, commercial complexes, and urban power grids.
